On January 8th guest wine expert Tom Bjornson will join Randy to talk about preparing regional foods and wines that work with them.
Chef Randy will start the evening with a short discussion about his approach to working with various foods such as Oysters, Venison Prosciutto & Wild Rockfish.
Tom Bjornson of Roanoke Valley Wine Company will be our featured wine expert. Tom has traveled the world meeting winemakers and has developed a particular passion for the wines of Champagne region of France. He works closely with many family-owned vineyards to offer some of the best and most unique wines of the region.
There will also be a description of the wine before each course.
